Get the harbor freight one. Aluminum and light and also a little bigger than walmarts. I looked at both and went with the harbor freight. Just saying.

And you can weld cool stuff on the walmart one. I put rod holders on mine and getting ready to weld spike holders and a bait board on it.

Did same to mine but no welds, just two bolts and PVC and presto...... I will try to get a pic later.

I got a old bed frame and made a frame and welded it to my rack. If you got the metal I got the welder coup,e bucks and I'll hook it up just gotta come to Smyrna... Maybe a case of beer who knows... Old new castle maybe?

I used u bolts on mine kina looks like poop because I was in a rush to get it together. Been meaning to drill holes in the bracket to make it look better but personally it doesn't matter to me.
