I am sure we can make it there on our own but if anyone was coming through West Chester figured we could meet up and form a convoy. Take Rt 100 to the Downingtown on ramp for the turnpike
Go towards Harrisburg
Take the Morgantown Exit I-176
Merge onto 422W
Take the left exit for 222N
Take the reading Airport exit Pa RT 183 N
Turn left onto I-78W
Take Exit 13
Turn right onto 501N
When 501 ends turn left to head into town. unsure of street name maybe Rock?
you will pass a tank
When that street ends, turn right. Maybe Tulpehocken.
Follow until you see signs for RT 81 that tell you to turn left
Should be Molleystown Rd
Right after you turn left you will see a convenience store gas station and Burger king on the right.
At this point you can stop to get food and take a bathroom break.

Most people with 4x4s there will be heading up to RC

So if you didn't stop, continue straight up the winding road
RC will be on the left with a big sign.

I can't wait to get back up there. I'm sure I will freeze my ass off but it will be worth it.

My TJ is unfortunatly not trail ready right now but Im going to try and talk the wifey into taking the jku up for a day trip and letting her drive. If so it would be mild greens for us as her jeep is stock.

Is anyone interested in doing a poker run? I could put the cards out in the morning and give the locations to each group. The group with the best hand get's some kind of give away or something. Might be fun.

Nope. That'd be buying cards with big tires. You suckers get random cards just like the rest.

Since there wouldn't be anyone to give the cards out, it would be up to the honor system to reach in a packet or something and pick a random card.
We could do 8-10 locations in the park so the groups could pick which five they wanted to draw from depending on their route that day.

Sounds good to us. Just another way to have more mandatory fun!

Oh. Gotcha. I was trying to avoid towing the TJ to Lewes and back but I think things have changed anyway. I'll be ready to go.

BTW I agree with Goeff. We can split up into groups when we get there.

I like the poker run idea as well. I will be up there all day Friday wheeling and staying the night at camp Comfort Inn. Let me know if you need help with cards Billy.

In regards to the after party. Is the club only buying Chicken? If so should we get a few volunteers for side dishes and anything additional?

Hello DEJA, my name is Bert (Scrambled8) and I am looking to join you on the Rauch Creek trip. I was speaking with Patrick and he indicated that Aaron might have a space on his goose neck that I could jump on to trailer my 1982 Jeep Scrambler for the trail ride. I am excited to be going and look forward to joining DEJA to become active in the other trail rides you do throughout the year.
I look forward to meeting everyone on Saturday the 30th.
