On Friday afternoon @ 2:45 pm, I pulled onto Rt. 1 South from Rt. 9 (at 5 points). I was in the right lane and see a jeep coming up in the left lane. The jeep stayed next to me for 5-10 seconds, driver looked my way, I gave a big 
and nothing in return. His left hand one the wheel, right hand on the roll bar. Then this BLUE RUBICON thurned towards Cape Henlopen St. Park. Sorry Andrew!

Hmmmmmmmmm......Technicalities....No membership sticker but, DeJA trail flag, DeJA window banner, etc., etc. I'm thinking intentional negligence? I vote no

i'm with andrew on this one. a rule is a rule. i don't have a membership sticker on mine either. although i do wave to all other jeepers, a technicality is a technicality.
