I think the shirt should have the picture from the beater Build thread of the XJ jumping over the cars on the back and a DEJA logo on the front. Maybe a pocket on the front of the tee shirt?
needs to be a topless type of jeep. I like XJs but they arent what a person first thinks of when they think Jeep. 
maybe show a side drawing of a wrangler (insert your style here), have it halved at the center of the door, and show the back of the wrangler sitting on the street with buildings in the background while the front of the wrangler is resting on a trail with the background all trees and open skies? would be complicated but maybe something for the back of the shirt? just put DeJA on the front in the corner to keep that simple. that way it will show both sides of DeJA - the fact that many of us drive them each and every day around town but still want to be off-road with them.

Quadna - going off your idea, I like the idea of beach & mountains instead of city.
i like that too - at least it shows the different sides of Jeeping. i'm even okay with the city in the back and the beach in the front...since in all honestly that is all you'd be seeing while in the confines of Delaware. i'm just worried that the details of it would overshadow and make it hard to put into print. anyone else have other ideas???

Since the club does 3 main types of wheeling rocks and rock comps, beach tourney, and GWNF type trails....maybe a circle cut in 3 pieces with a scene in each. or add a fourth piece to show the JFJ part as well.

seems that would make it even more confusing - i'm still for two sides regardless of what sides they are.
~the "city" since that is where most of us live/deal with on a day to day basis
~the "outdoors" since that is where most of want to be. whether mountains, forest, beach, etc. i'm good either way. i just though the mountains/forest would be easy to design and it seems that overall there have been a higher percentage of folks that went offroad in the woods (rocks/mud/light trails) than the beach.
I really like this idea from Chris, and agree that keeping it simple with two scenes is the way to go.
Edit: I'd also like to add that I'm impressed with Chris's artistic ability ;D
I like a good beach theme.. since we dont really have mountains in DE/ or incorporate everything in one shirt, toy run, canal clean up , adopt a beach. spring fling!

i can easily add more detail.
going off of Chris's idea. maybe show a front shot of the jeep and the 2 sides being the different atmospheres. you could even make the differant sides of the Jeeps be differant styles. like a beach going Jeep with a surf rack and such and a more rockcrawling oriented Jeep for the other half.

If the shirt depicts a Jeep that has square headlight I don't see how it could go wrong! 
T-shirts with colorful graphics are pretty annoying, can't we go for something simple like High Centered Off Road did last year. At least I have one jeep shirt that I can wear frequently. I am not sure how the majority feels, but I cant wear a shirt with giant colorful graphics on it.
