keep getting kicked out

  • Also, all the browsers have some for of private browsing where cookies are not cached. Check your privacy setting to make sure this is not enabled, unless of course you are surfing porn on the wife's computer, then keep it on. I would hate to see Jeep's yet again be the cause of another failed marriage. :innocent:

  • Anyone else having to put in there password every time they log in? I keep checking stay signed in forever but it doesn't work now.

It was happening from my phone too which is a bigger PITA.

    Chrome has the incognito window.
My wife would probably rather me surf porn. Jeeps are more expensive. If I'm on the Quadratec website and she walks in, I'll quickly switch the tab to some porn. 8)

I think it's on this end as it did on both my phone and PC.

    Yes

  • no problems here, my laptop at work or my phone... I saw a complaint about this on the support forum a couple weeks ago but nobody had a cause or fix for it then. I'll look into it tonight at work.

  • yeah it's a weird isolated problem. From looking at the support site, they're blaming it on spambots trying to guess your account passwords which results in cancelling your "session", but... I'm not seeing anything like that in the error logs.

  • I'm trying to ban the spambots, but it's a little tricky. As long as the ban works, the logout issues should be under control.
