    In the beach I know you air down
    and what gearing do you drive in.


    4 high? and second gear?

    Depends on tires, locked or not, sand condition.


    I used both 4-LO and 2-3, and 4-HI and 1st. Both worked fine.


    Airing down helps, but again depends.
    Jen drove in on street pressure with little stock tires and did just fine for her first time ever in 4WD.

    BBD, in the winter I don't air down, in summer yes. 99.9999% 4Hi 1st & 2nd gear :wavey:

    Finally...my jeep has gone off road! I holy crap is it dirty...on the inside anyway. Elizabeth can't stop talking about Andrew's daughter, how much fun she had, and haha that mommy got stuck twice. We can't wait to do it again. :spinrhead:

    We went fishing down there today. But of course, we didn't get down there till about 3:30. What a great day. Headed toward 3R's but ended up at ?conquest? or something.

    I'm going back out in the morning 8 or 9 to the same place, if anyone wants to go (and we're not having torrential downpours) :wavey:

    Jen, you didn't get stuck.


    Stuck is when you have to dig, or be pulled or pushed to get out.


    You drove out all by yourself, so you were just testing the abilities of your Jeep. :spinrhead:
