The tree almost denied him again. Is there some kind of blind spot in that Jeep that makes that tree invisible or does Ed just close his eyes and punch the throttle? I'm betting on the latter.

He's just a real showman, VERY big in Gore!
From the archives, here's the previous video from September 2010, doesn't look like the exact same tree but hard to say.

Thats was my 3rd attempt the prior two had no tree issues.... Yes Billy there is a giant blind spot on that corner. As a matter of fact a dented the door of my truck with it backing into the driveway. Video never does that trail justice. It rain rained its ass off the day before, there was about a foot of mud and gravel all the way up that thing and the Giant rock up top had a huge rut in front of it. Also got redemption on the big rock on boulder. Someone may have more video someplace.
Some random pics and some newly discovered damage. Looks like a I broke my Lincoln locker.

Ha...that'd explain your noise I guess. I'm pretty sure the bent body mount came from the entrance before the boulder. You smacked it something fierce on that side.

Only damage I walked away with is a broken license plate bracket, custome pin stripping, semi-broke front fender, and busted tail light (kind of ).
Only damage I found so far is a broken ring and pinion.
I pushed two tires off the bead so I gotta get my beadlocks on. I also got a could fractures in my hardtop but if I was concerned about that I would have left it home. I wanted to be dryish and it worked. Somehow I'm missing a tail light lens though....

Bias Pitbull Rockers are NOTORIOUS for that. The sidewalls are so stiff that they push off the bead. Only in the last year or two have mine softened to the point that I don't burp the inner beads even when glued. The tires are damn near indestructible so I guess it's a necessary evil. :-\
