** DEJA Trail Ride @ Anthracite Offroad - Nov 29 2014 **

  • For those that have been to Anthracite before can you confirm that this is the correct location? Is check-in at the silver roofed building to the left/west of 125?

Location looks correct but i thought where we checked in had a green or red roof on it.

  • That's pretty close... I marked the new entrance as this https://www.google.com/maps/pl…85,-76.54373,16.97z?hl=en on my last trip. The office and parking lot are on the north side of the road, where the bare dirt area is on the current satellite map.

2020 Gladiator Mojave - 33" Falken mud tires, LoD side steps, Zroadz bed rack, Quadratec QRC winch bumper, Superwinch EPi 9.0, Kleinn on-board air, Kleinn air horns, lots of lights, Yaesu ham radio with GPS tracker.

Gone- 2012 JK Rubicon with stuff. Long gone- Long-arm 2001 Cherokee with stuff.

  • The office opens at 8, so if you're there early, might as well take care of your tires and swaybars first... I dunno if I'll go yet, I hate wheeling in the snow. :)

  • Does anyone have a different address than 4100 State Route 125. My GPS can Not find location....I do not want to be driving around back roads looking for the place....I just checked with the hotel I am staying at and they got roughly 6 inches of snow yesterday.

Here's what I'm using. Also, when I search Google Maps on my phone for Anthracite Offroad Adventure Area it comes up with an address.

  • Gonna do my best to be there, but while greasing the front end today I discovered a small coolant leak where the water pump meets the block in addition to the cracked engine mount I found last week. If she gives up along the way I'll text one of the goup to let you know my status.
