Ok so I found this online. I'm wanting a stinger bar but I don't want to try a diy route. I want something that is bent right the first time. I like the size of this one and I think my winch will fit between it. Anyway, thoughts?

Yup. That is exactly why I said if it's just for looks... I think stingers are ugly, but that's a personal aesthetic.
However, they do serve a function (as illustrated in this beautiful pic of Billy), and function always trumps aesthetics for a trail rig.
Dave, if you are considering a stinger because you are intending on wheeling your Jeep to the level of aggressiveness that could put you in a situation of a potential endo, then there are many, many other things that should be done as higher priority than a stinger. And even then, the stinger you referenced above is not one that would save your ass when called upon to do so.
The stinger in the OP is for decorative purposes only.
My stinger has saved me several times so it's been well worth the money.
Mine is reinforced by the radiator hoop so it can take a hit. The ones pictured on the XJ's seem like they would fold if they took a good hit from a nose dive. That style doesn't really seem worth it in my opinion.
