    Updated original post with guest cost info. Please please please pay for your guests asap. We're not going to be able to track everyone down and if you haven't paid by 1/14 the names come off the list. Let's avoid that awkward conversation when you show up. :)


    Little info on the giveaways....we are close to finalizing the list of stuff we are giving away. Words like "wow" and "unprecedented" come into mind. Obviously we're not going to give away the bank in one event but we are going to make a pretty good dent in the nest egg.

    How much: Free for members! We'll be feeding everyone buffet style. Cost for non-members is $20/pp. There will be a cash bar. Payment for non-members will need to be completed by 1/14 (previously listed as 1/22) with a final head count. Please send via paypal to treasurer@delawareja.com or mail a check to PO 3 Lincoln, DE 19960 (paypal preferred please). If you are a member, sign up and do not show you will be responsible to cover your $20 meal cost (same as non-member). If you do not pay for your guests by 1/14 we will not be able to do anything to accomodate them. Sorry for taking a hard line on that but it has to be.

    We've done age breakdowns in the past that seemed to work well. For example kids 10 and under were discounted heavily. Not trying to be a cheap bastard but the two boys never eat anything. (I'm not sure how they survive to be honest.) :doh:
